I formed Automedia in 1977 as a merchandising company but, after securing a major contract with Olympus Cameras, I discovered that I was ordering a large amount of print. As such, I decided to buy our very first printing press and the commercial printer that is Automedia as we know it today was born.
In the 41 years since that time, I’ve learned that print is only as good as the people that work on it – which is why I’ve invested heavily in creating the exceptional team we have now. I’m also a strong believer in using only the very best tools and equipment, which is why we are equipped with Heidelberg presses along with state-of-the-art Xerox digital presses. We also finish over 90% of our work under one roof: a saving which we then pass on to our customers.

I joined Automedia in 1992 when youngest child, Charlotte, started school. I was originally employed as the Business Development Manager. Since that time I have become the Sales Director, and it’s my job to ensure that each and every one of our customers feels heard, valued and respected.
During my time at Automedia, we have grown to be the largest commercial printer in Loughborough and one of the largest in Leicestershire. This is due to the expertise in the team, our ‘can do’ attitude and the high levels of customer service that all of our clients enjoy.
I am also responsible for all Human Resources within Automedia, and work hard to ensure that we are a strong, closely knit team. It’s always our aim to ensure that we provide the very best service in every area of our business.
I am responsible for client services at Automedia and making sure that all of our clients receive exceptional account management. We know that our chosen industry is fiercely competitive. It’s for this reason that we’ve always focussed on making Automedia stand out among its peers – not only through exceptional quality of work, but also with first-rate customer service. A major part of my role at Automedia is to ensure a smooth transition of work from department to department, and to make doubly sure that every project is produced to the highest possible standard. As everything we do is under one roof, I’m able to give complete focus to every single job – from artwork all the way to the finished product.
